Service Description. This Site describes Classic Lash Extensions, Volume Lash Extensions, Hybrid Lash Extensions, Lash Lifts, Lash Training Classes, Eyelash Certification provided by RH Enchanting Lash Studio. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by RH Enchanting Lash Studio or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.
Warranty Disclaimer. RH Enchanting Lash Studio makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Cap on Damages. Liability of RH Enchanting Lash Studio arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RH Enchanting Lash Studio from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Law and Venue. VA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in VA.
Modifications. RH Enchanting Lash Studio may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
